Complaints & Feedback

Your Voice Matters. Your Concerns Deserve to Be Heard.

At Holistic Intimacy, we believe respectful communication, transparency and accountability are essential to building trust.

We welcome feedback, suggestions and complaints from participants, families, carers, Support Coordinators, practitioners and members of the community.

We recognise that raising a concern can sometimes feel difficult, particularly when it relates to personal experiences, disability, trauma, professional conduct or sensitive information.

Our aim is to provide a safe, respectful and accessible process for sharing concerns without discrimination, intimidation or disadvantage.

How to provide feedback or make a complaint

You can contact Holistic Intimacy through:

Email: [email protected]

Telephone: 0408 837 757

When submitting feedback or a complaint, please provide a brief description of your concern and your preferred method of contact. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal or medical information in an initial email.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly, consider concerns fairly and confidentially, and communicate appropriate next steps.

Where a concern relates to a practitioner operating independently, we may direct you to the practitioner, their professional registration body or another appropriate complaints authority.

Where applicable, concerns about NDIS supports or services may also be raised directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

You have the right to seek external advice or make a complaint to an appropriate regulatory authority without first contacting Holistic Intimacy.

Your feedback helps us strengthen our practices, improve accessibility and maintain a respectful and accountable environment for everyone.

A safe, inclusive and community-focused platform supporting connection, wellbeing and intimacy.
